
Jones Named CCM Goaltender of the Week

Lincoln, Neb. - Peyton Jones was named CCM Goaltender of the Week, the USHL announced on Monday.
Jones receives the weekly honor for the second consecutive week and third time this season.
The Penn State commit helped the Stars to a pair of victories last weekend, making 28 saves against Muskegon on Friday and 30 saves against Madison on Saturday.
Jones has gone 4-0-0 in his last four starts, posting a .967 save percentage and 1.00 GAA. He is among the top goalies in the league with the fourth-best GAA (2.35) and second-highest save percentage (.924).
The Stars are back in action Friday, February 5 against the Sioux Falls Stampede. Puck drop is set for 7:05 pm.
