
Jones, Gallant and Isaacson Lead Petes Past Hounds

(Peterborough, ON) - The Petes remain in first place in the OHL's Eastern Conference after defeating the reigning Western Conference Champions 5-2 at the Peterborough Memorial Centre Thursday night.
Newly minted captain Zach Gallant set a career high in goals in a single game, scoring a hat trick. Pavel Gogolev netted his first of the season, and Chad Denault added an empty netter for his second on the year.
Nick Isaacson also set a career high in points in a single game, earning three assists, all on Gallant's goals. Matt McNamara had two helpers, while Brady Hinz, Austin Osmanski, and Adam Timleck all had single assists.
The Petes improve to 4-1 on the 2018-19 season.
The Petes are away for a Thanksgiving road trip, seeking vengeance on the Hamilton Bulldogs on Saturday, October 6 at 4pm, then travel to North Bay to go to war with the Battalion on Monday, October 8 at 2pm. They'll be back at the PMC for a home stand on Thursday, October 11 and Saturday, October 13 to host the Erie Otters and Windsor Spitfires, respectively. Hungry fans should also get their tickets while supplies last for the all-you-can-eat Petesa Party on Friday, October 12. Tickets start at just $10, with proceeds supporting the Petes Education Fund and Roger Neilson House.
