Rogers customers and Rangers fans, Rogers is giving you and your family the opportunity to skate on the Rangers home ice this Family Day Weekend after they take on the Sudbury Wolves on Sunday, February 18. Pack your skates and hit the ice at 5:00 pm on Sunday!
Enter now for your chance to skate on the same ice as your favourite Rangers player!
Please note there will be no Rangers on the ice during this time.
Rules/guidelines:
No pucks, sticks, or games are permitted.
Keeping pace - Avoid excessively fast skating.
No shoes are allowed on the ice surface.
Skating aids - Skating aids are available on a limited basis (please see arena Ambassador). Strollers, chairs, toboggans, and wagons are not permitted.
Wheelchairs/sledges - Wheelchairs, wheelchair skates, and sledges are welcome on Municipal arenas and outdoor rinks. Individuals using these devices must travel in the same direction as the other skaters. Attendants/helpers are welcome to assist individuals however they must wear skates.
Use of helmets - Helmets are recommended for all skaters.
Sitting on boards - Patrons may not sit on the rink boards at any time.
We are limited to 160 skaters on the Auditorium Ice at one time as per City of Kitchener Guidelines.
