PINE BLUFF, Ark. - Jeremy Bell of the Arkansas RiverCatz has been named to the American Basketball Association All-Star Game to be played Sunday in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Bell, who played his college ball at Williams Baptist College, has helped lead the RiverCatz to a 10-7 record in their first year in the ABA and to the No. 17 spot in the latest Power Rankings released by the league. A 6-1, 187-pound shooting guard, Bell is currently the second leading scorer for the RiverCatz, averaging 18.6 points a game for Ed Corporal's squad. He has high games this year of 34 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists.
Bell will play for the West squad in Sunday's game.
