NEW ORLEANS (February 7, 2014) - Former New Orleans VooDoo Kicker Josh Jasper has signed with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League, and the VooDoo have been assigned former Rummel Kicker, Taylor Russolino, to its 2014 preseason roster.

Jasper played for LSU from 2007-2010. Jasper was a consensus All-American Kicker in 2010, and the only consensus All-American Placekicker in LSU History. During his career at LSU Jasper made 47 of 56 field goals, making him the most accurate kicker in LSU history.

With the departure of Jasper, the VooDoo have been assigned former Archbishop Rummel Kicker Taylor Russolino.

Russolino was a 4-year starter for Millsaps College in Jackson, MS, where he holds the record for career PAT's (164) and career points (260). Russolino was named to the SCAC All-Conference team in the 2008-2010 seasons, and was named to the D3ProDay.com All-American team in 2010.

"It feels great to be back home," said Russolino. "I'm excited to further my career, and play in front of my friends and family."
