
Jammers to Host Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter Night

JAMESTOWN, N.Y.-- The Jamestown Jammers will host the first ever Abraham Lincoln Vampire Night at Russell E. Diethrick Jr. Park on Monday, July 2, 2012 7:05pm. In anticipation of the upcoming major motion picture 'Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter', and the patriotic themed July 4th week. The first 1,000 fans through the gates will receive free glow in the dark vampire teeth.
The Jamestown Jammers want to give fans a unique experience all while giving back to the community. Any fan that brings in an unopened box of Count Chocula cereal will get free admission to the game, (other types of cereal also accepted). All of the cereal collected will be donated to the St. Susan Center Food Bank of Jamestown. Fans are also encouraged to dress up as vampires or in Abraham Lincoln attire. There will be an on field promotional contest for the best dressed Abraham Lincoln and vampires. Headlining the event will be Abraham Lincoln who will throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Lincoln will be played by Jeff Bloomquist, a man with over twenty years experience as a professional Abraham Lincoln historical reenactor.
