MIAMI, Fla. - The Miami FC's Jaime Chavez continues to earn accolades for his fantastic performance last week against Carolina. This time he has been named to the Fall Week 4 NASL Team of the Week.
Chavez netted two goals against the RailHawks, including a late equalizer, insuring the Miami FC left Cary, N.C. with a point.
He has been consistent for the Miami FC during the fall season. Chavez has scored three goals in the last two matches, helping the club pick up four points in those two contests.
This marks Chavez's second Team of the Week nomination, on the heels of earning his first Player of the Week nod. This is also the Miami FC's eighth Team of Week award.
Chavez and the squad are back in action this Saturday, July 30 when they host Indy Eleven, the reigning Spring Season Champions, at 8 p.m. Saturday is also Colombian Heritage Night, so there will be special giveaways and performances all night.
