
Jacksonville Sharks Win South Division Title

Jacksonville Sharks News Release
In a season full of acheivements, milestons and firsts, the Jacksonville Sharks (12-4) concluded the regular season at home July 30 against the top ranked Spokane Shock (13-3) by clinching the franchises first South Division title with a sell out crowd in attendance at Sea Best Field at Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena and the entire country watching on the NFL Network.
The win gives the Sharks the top seed in the American Conference and will host division and in-state rival, the Orlando Predators. The game will be held on Firday, August 6 with kickoff at 8:05 pm. The game will also be featured as the AFL Game of the Week, broadcast on the NFL Network. With a win, the Sharks will host the winner of the #3 Tampa Bay at #2 Tulsa.
