Isaiah Foster Joins Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC on Loan

Defender Isaiah Foster has joined USL Championship side Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC on loan for the remainder of the 2023 season, the club announced today.
Foster, 20, rejoins the Switchbacks after he was acquired by the Orange and Blue ahead of the 2023 season via MLS Waivers from Colorado Springs. In 2022 with the Switchbacks, Foster made 16 starts in 25 league appearances, helping the team to a third-place finish in the Western Conference and a trip to the conference final, a first in club history.
The Switchbacks have five regular season games remaining, with the club on the cusp of the 2023 USL Championship postseason.
Foster made his FC Cincinnati first-team debut on April 26, starting and playing 61 minutes in the U.S. Open Cup Third Round against Louisville City FC. Foster started and made 24 appearances for FC Cincinnati 2 in MLS NEXT Pro this season, playing 2,068 minutes and leading the team with 42 tackles.

FC Cincinnati are back on the road Wednesday, September 20 to face CF Montréal. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. and the match will stream, for free with no subscription required, exclusively on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app. Fans can also listen to the match on the radio on Fox Sports 1360.
