Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The first-place IronPigs (50-37) play the finale of a three-game series against the last-place Rochester Red Wings (34-52). With a 6-4 loss last night, the Pigs have lost back-to-back games and are now just 9-13 in their last 22 affairs. The Pigs -- who are now 1-3 on this seven-game, North Division road trip -- remain 40-26 since starting 10-11 (through April 28)... The Red Wings -- Minnesota's top affiliate -- have won three of their last four games and improved to 3-2 on this North Division home stand. Still, the Wings have dropped nine of their last 13 games (which included a five-game losing streak) and are just 7-14 in their last 21 contests...
LHP Ryan Feierabend (7-5, 5.59) will start for LHV against RHP Andy Baldwin (4-6, 5.24).
First pitch is at 7:05 p.m... Next up for the Pigs is a two-game series at Syracuse prior to the All-Star Break. They'll resume on Thursday.
Weekend Warriors': LHV is a combined 25-12 (.676) on Fridays-Saturdays-Sundays; 25-25 (.500) on Mon-Thu.
