Iowa Energy Announce 2012-13 Opening Day Roster

The Iowa Energy announced their 2012-13 opening day roster today. With the final roster in place the Energy travel to Sioux Falls for the season-opening contest against the Skyforce tomorrow night, November 24th, at 7pm central.

The opening day roster consists of one NBA assigned player, two returning players, two affiliate players, four 2012 NBA D-League Draft selections, one player from a trade deal and one player acquired via a local player tryout.

One key player missing from the lineup is returning player Othyus Jeffers. Jeffers suffered a minor injury during training camp and has been placed on the inactive list, but is expected to return soon.
