Canton Charge Announce 2012-13 Opening Day Roster

The Canton Charge announced their 2012-13 opening day roster today. The team waived guard JP Primm and forward Titus Robinson, and signed guard Antoine Agudio as a returning player. The transactions set Canton's roster at 10 for their season-opening contest with the Maine Red Claws tonight.

Agudio played in 43 games (25 starts) with Canton last season, averaging 11.6 points on .483 shooting with 2.7 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 29.7 minutes per game. He was tops in the D-League in three-point shooting last year, hitting .539 percent on 82-of-152 attempts. Agudio was a key cog in Canton's postseason run last year, starting all six playoff games and averaging 18.7 points on .500 shooting with 5.8 rebounds 2.5 assists and 1.3 steals in 40.8 minutes per game.

The opening day roster consists of two returning players, three affiliate players, three 2012 NBA Development League Draft choices and two players from trades.
