GREENVILLE, SC - The Intimidators ran their season-best winning streak to 10 games on Tuesday night at Fluor Field, capturing a dramatic 4-3 comeback win over the Greenville Drive.

Dan Remenowsky got the final six outs of the one-run game, striking out five in two innings of work. The Intimidators nearly gave the game away in the ninth. With two outs and a runner at first, Jared Mitchell dropped a routine flyball to center. Remenowsky did not back down, however, striking out Will Middlebrook with the tying run at third to seal the win for his 22nd save of the season.

Kannapolis did not take a lead until the top of the eighth, plating a pair of runs off of Kyle Rutter (0-1), who was making his South Atlantic League debut. Brandon Short's RBI fielder's choice tied the game, before the winning run crossed two batters later on a double play from Josh Phegley.

Short accounted for all three of Kannapolis' RBIs. The rightfielder drove in a pair on a two-out RBI single in the top of the third to tie the game, 2-2.

Stephen Sauer did not factor in the decision, going six innings and giving up three runs. Instead, the victory went to Drew O'Neil (4-0) who battled through a nearly disastrous seventh inning. A pair of errors put runners at second and third with no outs, but O'Neil struck out two and did not give up a run in his one frame on the slab.

Kannapolis made five errors in the game, one shy of the season high.
