The Atlantic City got two home runs from Pete Inciviglia, one of which was a grand slam, to defeat the Nashua Pride 6-5 before 4013 at the Sandcastle on Friday night.

Incaviglia''s grand slam came off Nashua starter and loser Julian Heredia in the bottom of the third. It tied the game at four and was Inciviglia''s first homer as a member of the Surf. The mammoth shot cleared the Surf scoreboard and was one of the longest home runs in Surf history.

The loss was the 13th straight for Nashua, which tied a league record. Jim Crowell picked up the win for Atlantic City, his sixth against three losses. Randi Mallard got his first save.

The Surf are now 10-6 under Mitch Williams and 5-3 in the second half. The teams finish the series Saturday night at 7:05 p.m.
