
Infielder Lizardo Joins Lugnuts as Homestand Begins

LANSING, Mich. - In conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, the Lansing Lugnuts (24-20, 67-47) have received switch-hitting third baseman Bryan Lizardo from the Short-Season A Vancouver Canadians.
Lizardo, 21, was batting a career high .268 in 37 games with the C's, knocking seven doubles, one triple and four home runs. He was signed as an international free agent from Santiago, Dominican Republic, in 2013.
The official Lugnuts roster is attached, with 25 active players and eight players on the Disabled List.
