
Indy Eleven Midfielder Nathan Lewis Receives Trinidad and Tobago National Team Call-Up

INDIANAPOLIS - Indy Eleven Professional Soccer announces that midfielder Nathan Lewis has been called up by the Trinidad and Tobago National Team ahead of two international friendlies.
Dennis Lawrence, Head Coach of Trinidad and Tobago's National Team, named Lewis to his 20-man senior roster for upcoming friendlies against Guadeloupe on March 23 and Martinique on March 25. Due to his international duties, Lewis will not feature in Indy Eleven's inaugural United Soccer League (USL) match on the road against Richmond Kickers on March 24.
Lewis, 27, has earned 16 caps for Trinidad & Tobago National Team, including appearances in 2018 World Cup qualifying matches against Panama, Grenada, United States and Costa Rica. Lewis scored his first international goal in a friendly against Grenada on April 30, 2017. In addition to World Cup qualifying opportunities, Lewis has also represented his country in CONCACAF Champions League and Caribbean Cup Qualification appearances.
