Individual box seats now on sale for Gorillas home games

AMARILLO, TX â The Amarillo Gorillas of the Central Hockey League are pleased to announce today that individual box seats are now available to be purchased for all home games, beginning with this weekend's contest against the Odessa Jackalopes and the San Angelo Saints.
Individual box seats are $25 and there are a total of 18 to be sold. The seats are located in the Southeast corner of the Amarillo Civic Center and include food and drink. The box seats are only available at the Gorillas Hockey Office located at 1934 Civic Circle or by calling 242-7825.
The Amarillo Gorillas are 2-2 following the first two weekends of play in the Central Hockey League. The Gorillas are coming off a 3-1 loss to the Lubbock Cotton Kings last Friday and a 4-3 win over the Tulsa Oilers on Saturday night. The Gorillas trail the Southwest Division leaders the Odessa Jackalopes and the San Angelo Saints by two points as each team has a mark of 3-1 for 6 points.
Amarillo hosts Odessa on Friday night for the second time this season. The Jackalopes beat the Gorillas 5-3 in their only other meeting. Meanwhile, on Saturday night the Gorillas entertain the San Angelo Saints for the first time since their epic five game playoff series last season.
Saturday's game is Texas Lottery night and fans 18 years of age and older will be receiving a lottery ticket when they enter the Civic Center. There will be a numbers race during the first Intermission.
Both games face off at 7 p.m. and are Scout nights. Scout leaders are reminded to turn in their ticket forms and pick up their badges at the Gorillas Hockey Office at 1934 Civic Circle or call 242-7825 for further information.
Tickets for both games can be purchased at the Gorillas hockey office located at 1934 Civic Circle; Civic Center Box Office; At Panhandle Tickets located at Randy's Music Mart, the WT Event Center in Canyon and United Supermarkets. Fans can charge by phone 378-3096 or 242-7825.
