SOUTHAVEN—The Providence Bruins of the A.H.L. have signed Memphis RiverKing Keith Aucoin to a 25 game PTO contract. Through five games, Aucoin was leading the RiverKings in scoring with four goals and nine points.

"You can't replace your leading scorer" Head Coach Mark Richards said. "We'll do our best to make up for it and at the same time wish Keith well and maybe he'll be back."

Aucoin is a fourth year pro who played for Providence in the '02-'03 season when he compiled 25 goals and 74 points in 78 games. He has also spent time with the Lowell Lockmonsters('01-'02) and the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks(‘03-'04) of the A.H.L.
