EVERETT, Wash. - The AquaSox rallied for five runs in the sixth to take the lead, but lost it during an eight-run seventh for Spokane as the Indians took an 11-8 win over Everett on Tuesday, Aug. 18, at Everett Memorial Stadium. Braden Bishop hit the first home run of his professional career in the loss.

Braden Bishop put the AquaSox on the board first in the sixth with a single up the middle to score P.J. Jones from second base. Two batters later, Alex Jackson took a hit by pitch with the bases loaded to score Drew Jackson and tie the game at 2-2.

After a pitching change, Luis Liberato singled on a flyball to center to score Bishop and Logan Taylor putting the Frogs up 4-0. Liberato went for a steal during the next at-bat and took second on an error as Alex Jackson came in to score, but when Liberato broke for third he was thrown out to end the inning.

Nick Wells turned in a solid start with six innings of two-run ball. He struck out six batters, walked one and allowed just three hits for the AquaSox.
