Independence Welcome Tecate and Heineken as Beer Partners

Charlotte (NC) - Queen City Soccer Club LLC announced today that Tecate and Heineken have signed on with the Charlotte Independence, joining NoDa Brewing as Official Beer Partners. Elements of the partnership include branding, fan engagement, social and promotional.
"We are excited to partner with Carolina Premium Beverage to bring these great brands on board. Both have strong ties to soccer," said Wade Leaphart, Charlotte Independence Executive Vice President. "In addition to Pepsi products, the fans will have some excellent beverage options with Tecate, Heineken, NoDa Brewing and GoodRoad Cider. Our goal has always been to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships and looking ahead to Memorial Stadium, these guys understand the vision and magnitude of what's to come.
"The fans will have some tasty beverage options at the Stadium and Jack's House," said Leaphart. "In addition to Pepsi products, we'll have offerings from Tecate, Heineken, NoDa Brewing and GoodRoad Cider."
The Independence will return to USL Championship action on Friday, March 15th for the 2019 Season Opening Game versus Indy Eleven at the Sportsplex at Matthews.
