IceGators team up with 960 AM The Gator and B2 Networks for Broadcasting Plans

Lafayette, LA – The Louisiana IceGators today announced an agreement with 960 AM, "The Gator" to be the flagship station of the IceGators radio network for the 2004-05 season. The IceGators also announced that all games will be available on www.icegators.com through B2 Networks, including at least 50 games to be shown live on a pay-per-view basis.

960 AM, "The Gator" was one of the original four stations on the IceGators first radio network during the 1995-96 season. In addition to broadcasting at least 60 regular season games, "The Gator" will also carry the IceGators call-in show "Gator Talk" every Tuesday from 7-8pm. This year "Gator Talk" will be live on location from Tampico Mexican Restaurant and Cantina located at 5713 Johnston Street in Lafayette.

"We are very excited to have IceGators hockey on "The Gator" 960 AM this season," said Mike Grimsley, Regoinal Vice President of Regent Broadcasting. "We believe the IceGators and "The Gator" are a perfect fit. We are looking forward to another great season of partnership between Regent Broadcasting and the IceGators."

For the first time, the IceGators broadcasting package will include pay-per-view webcasts via the B2 Network. All IceGators home games and select road games will be available on the team's official web site, www.icegators.com. The team is expecting to be able to make at least 50 games available for internet viewing. The audio play by play for all IceGators games will continue to be broadcast on the www.icegators.com as well.

"The organization is very excited with the overall broadcast package we can offer our fans," said Bruce LeVine, the IceGators Vice President of Communications. "It doesn't matter where you are in the world, fans will have the ability to watch and hear IceGators hockey. We feel like we are taking our broadcasting package to the next level."
