Today, the Niagara IceDogs continued their road trip, and faced off against the Ottawa 67's.

The IceDogs continue to play with a depleted roster. Having 3 players on injury reserve (Cato, Peters, and Fimis).

The 67's opened up the scoring for the afternoon. However, the Dogs were able to respond with Brenden Sirizzotti getting his 13th of the season.

After the first, it was 1-1.

The IceDogs dominated the second period, tallying 3 more goals. Gushchin got his 33rd of the season, Copeland got his 10th, and Van Loon got his 13th. Ottawa was able to get 1 back late in the period.

After 40 minutes of play, the IceDogs led 4-2.

The 67's got 1 early in the third, but Niagara was able to hold them off and extend their lead, scoring 3 more goals. Brice Cooke tallied his 13th of the season, and Van Loon and Gushchin each got their 2nd of the night.

Ultimately, Niagara took the win 7-3!
