
IceDogs Double up Mississauga

Tonight the Niagara IceDogs played the Mississauga Steelheads for the first time this season at home.
The Dogs got a quick one, with Cam Peters scoring early in the first. However, Mississauga was able to return it less than a minute after. The IceDogs got a huge power play goal late in the first from Jake Uberti.
After 20 minutes, the score sat at 2-1 IceDogs.
Early into the second, the Steelheads received a 4-minute major penalty. This resulted in two power play goals for the IceDogs. One from Brice Cooke, and one from Aidan Castle. The Steelheads were able to return one.
The score was 4-2, after the second.
The third period some some action, but the IceDogs held the lead.
Ultimately, the IceDogs took the win 4-2!
