
IceDogs' Dahm Named ADT CHL Goaltender Of The Week

Toronto, ON - The Canadian Hockey League today announced that Sebastian Dahm of the Niagara IceDogs is the ADT CHL Goaltender of the Week after posting a 3-0 record with a pair of shutouts in the first three games of their opening round OHL playoff series against the Mississauga St. Michael's Majors last week. He finished the week with a 0.33 goals against average and .989 save percentage.
Dahm started the playoffs with 29 saves in a 4-0 win in Game 1 of the series on Thursday. He made 32 saves in a 3-1 win in Game 2 on Friday and turned aside all 33 shots he faced in a 5-0 win in Game 3 on Sunday. The 21-year-old from Copenhagen, Denmark was 28-25-1-2 with a 3.09 goals against average and .915 save percentage in 57 regular season games this year.
Chet Pickard of the Tri City Americans was the WHL nominee after going 2-0 with a 1.00 goals against average and .962 save percentage and Maxim Gougeon of the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies was the QMJHL nominee after going 2-0 with a shutout, 1.50 goals against average and .949 save percentage to start the playoffs.
