
IceDogs Complete Trade with Otters, Add Festarini

The Niagara IceDogs have acquired goaltender Christopher Festarini from the Erie Otters in exchange for a 6th round draft pick in the 2013 OHL Priority Draft and a conditional 6th round pick in 2015.
Festarini, in his third year in the OHL, has played six games so far this season, winning one game with a goals against average of 5.25 and .861 save percentage, as Erie has endured a slow start in 2011. Last season, as the Otter's backup netminder, Festarini recorded four wins with a 4.65 GAA and .856SV%.
The Oakville, Ontario native played junior hockey for the Port Colborne Pirates before joining the Otters in 2009.
