
IceDiggers release 2004-05 schedule

The Team Toledo IceDiggers of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are proud to announce their game schedule for the 2004-05 season.
The IceDiggers home opener is slated for Saturday, September 18, 2004 versus Team USA's National Program.
Toledo participates in the NAHL's North Division with the Cleveland Barons, Soo Kewadin Indians, The US National Team Development Program and Youngstown Phantoms.
Toledo's home schedule will feature eight Friday games, seven Saturday's, four Sunday's, three Thursday's and two Wednesday's. All home games will be played at the Toledo Ice House. Season tickets are now on sale.
The North American Hockey League schedule consists of 56-league games plus playoffs. All nineteen teams will play 24 home games, 24 road games, plus meet in Blaine, Minnesota for a league-wide showcase at the end of October.
The NAHL's North Division will also host an additional showcase in Youngstown in January.
Last month, the IceDiggers kicked-off their "Generation Next" campaign for the 2004-05 season by welcoming 12 year NHL veteran Bryan Smolinski as the team's Official Spokesperson.
The unveiling of Smolinski's own Hall of Fame at the Toledo Ice House highlighted the night.
