
IceCaps Re-Assign Sol to Ontario of ECHL

St. John's IceCaps News Release
The St. John's IceCaps today announced they have assigned defenceman Cody Sol to the Ontario Reign of the ECHL.
Sol, 22, played in 26 games last season with the IceCaps where he collected a goal, three assists and 63 penalty minutes. He also appeared in 25 games with the Colorado Eagles of the ECHL where he recorded eight points (5G, 3A) and 109 penalty minutes.
Sol was drafted by the Atlanta Thrashers in the fifth round, 125th overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
