
Ice Flyers Tickets on Sale Friday for Champion Celebration Night

PENSACOLA, Fla. (October 8, 2013) - Beginning Friday, Oct. 11, fans will be able to purchase tickets for the Ice Flyers' Championship Celebration Night held on Friday, Oct. 25.
The Ice Flyers take on the Columbus Cottonmouths but prior to the game the team will celebrate winning the 2013 SPHL President's Cup Championship, the first professional sports championship in Pensacola history. The historical night will include raising the SPHL championship banner to the rafters and championship ring presentation celebration, beginning at 7:05 p.m. The festivities will kick off with a Party on the Plaza, located on the west side of the Bay Center, at 4 p.m.
"We have focused on making our Championship Celebration Night one that our fans and organization will never forget. All the fans there that night will leave thrilled that they were a part of history in Pensacola as we raise the championship banner," Ice Flyers owner Greg Harris stated. "It's a type of celebration that doesn't happen very often for any team and any city. We are expecting a large crowd to join us in the celebration and to help us kick of our defense of the President's Cup."
Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. this Friday for Championship Celebration Night and all other regular season home games. The general public will be able to purchase tickets from the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office and all area Ticketmaster locations, online at Ticketmaster.com, or over the phone. Season ticket holders will be able to purchase extra tickets at the season ticket price through the Ice Flyers office.
Pricing for tickets to an Ice Flyers home game start as low as $15 for End Zone level seats. Individual game tickets for Corner level seating are $18 while Center Ice level is $20. Individual Glass seats are $29. For children ages 2-17, tickets are $13 for center ice tickets.
Military members and their families can receive a $2 discount off of their walk-up tickets by showing their Military ID at the Box Office. College students can also present their college ID at the Box Office for a $10 Center Ice ticket, limited to one ticket per ID.
Group tickets are also available at a discount from the walk-up rate. Groups with a minimum size of 10 can get End Zone level seating for $13, Corners for $16, and Center Ice for $18 if booked in advance only through the Ice Flyers front office. Group leaders bringing a group out to the Championship Celebration Night will receive six free ticket vouchers for the 2013-14 regular season and have their names entered into a draw for a team autographed Championship jersey.
