
Ice Acquire '99-Born Forward Jack Cowell from Rockets

Cranbrook. B.C. - The Kootenay ICE Hockey Club announced on Friday that it's acquired '99-born forward Jack Cowell from the Kelowna Rockets. In return, the Rockets receive a 2020 third round draft pick.
Cowell, from Winnipeg, Manitoba, is in his third full season in the WHL. He has recorded two goals and three assists for five points in 26 games with the Rockets this season. Throughout his WHL career, Cowell has 16 goals and 35 assists for 51 points in 156 regular season games.
"We are excited to add Jack to our forward group," said Matt Cockell, President and General Manager. "Cowell is a versatile experienced forward that will help our group immediately."
