Stars fans, here's what is happening at Joe Davis Stadium beginning tonight (Sunday)...it's 10 straight days of baseball that will decide our playoff chances and a lot of family fun:
Sunday, July 31st, 7:03 pm vs the Carolina Mudcats
Sunday is the perfect day to spend with the family. Fans can present a church bulletin from Willowbrook Baptist Church to receive five general admission tickets for only $5! Head out to the ballpark for a wonderful night and bring the whole crew! Gates open at 6 p.m. for this later-than-normal start time. Car Survivor 2 champion Shawn Harris will be throwing out the night's honorary first pitch as well! Ask him for his autograph before the Air Force recruiters do.

Hurry up and get those TPS reports in on time! Didn't you get the memo? No matter...Case of the Mondays is back for another week. Tell us the dumbest thing your boss ever said for your chance to win a case of soda, courtesy of Buffalo Rock! It's a great way to kick off the work week without getting depressed.

Wednesday is AT&T Real Yellow Pages Bingo! Early arriving fans will get the chance to play old-fashioned bingo throughout the game! A different number will be read with every batter so pay attention, Slappy! The first person to complete a Bingo card and return it to the Grandstand Team Store will win two meals to Jack's Restaurant and two tickets to an upcoming Stars game.

Bud Light Thirst-Aid Thursday is back for another week! All 20-ounce draft beers are just $2 through the seventh inning. Come out to The Joe and experience Huntsville's hottest singles bar! Keep your ID wristband on after the game and head down to Sammy T's Music Hall in downtown Huntsville for FREE admission! Sammy T's is the official post-game party of your Huntsville Stars! New York Life will be at the stadium providing free child IDs on Thursday night as well. This is a free and important service for all parents to check out. While you're there, enter the free raffle for a Huntsville Stars team autographed baseball!

Friday is Pleasures Ladies Night at The Joe...all ladies will receive 50% off their tickets at the ticket office...Banfield Pet Hospital and PetSmart will be set up on the concourse for 'Pet Adoption Awareness Night!' Fans are also invited to stop by the AAA Alabama table on the concourse to see how much they can save by switching to AAA. If you have a AAA membership, flash your AAA card at the box office and receive 50% off your ticket purchases all season long courtesy of AAA Alabama! Kids, Saturday is your night! It's McDonald's Youth Sports Saturday. All kids wearing a youth sports or scout uniform will receive free admission, courtesy of North Alabama McDonald's. Hang out after the game to run the bases! It's also the Stars annual Boy Scout Camp Out...troops are invited to purchase a Boy Scout Camp Out package and camp out in the outfield for the night! Bring your sleeping bag, tent (with no stakes) and energy for a fun and exciting night under the stars! Scouts will even earn an honorary Huntsville Stars Boy Scout patch just for attending! Space is limited! And if that wasn't enough, Saturday is also Hispanic Heritage Night at Joe Davis Stadium presented by Chips and Salsa Sports Bar! The pre-game fiesta starts at 4 pm with music, food, fun and dancing...local Hispanic eateries including Chips and Salsa, El Camino Real, La Alameda, My Old San Juan, Charrito's Bar & Grill, and Los Mayas Mexican Restaurant will be outside the stadium passing out mouth-watering food samples. A salsa dance instructor will be providing a free, beginners dance lesson and a DJ will be spinning dance-inducing Latin beats until 6 pm when the gates open. For the adults, the party continues after the game at Chips and Salsa Sports Bar, the official Hispanic Heritage Night after party!

There are only 20 home games left in the 2011 season. There's still great baseball on-going with pennant races that may go down to the wire on Labor Day Weekend.
