PENSACOLA, Fla. - The Mobile BayBears, the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels, raced out to an 8-0 lead and held on to defeat the Pensacola Blue Wahoos 9-4 in the series opener Friday night at Blue Wahoos Stadium.

Jo Adell had his fourth multi-hit game with the BayBears. The Angels top prospect went 2-for-4 with a double and a pair of runs scored. Mobile tallied runs in four of the first five innings.
