Houston Dash announce 2021 preseason roster

The Houston Dash announced its preseason roster earlier today as the team prepares for the 2021 National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) Challenge Cup and regular season.

The Dash opened their first training session of the preseason with 25 players at Houston Sports Park.

The U.S. Women's National Team announced earlier today that goalkeeper Jane Campbell and midfielder Kristie Mewis will report to camp later this month to compete at the 2021 SheBelieves Cup. Canadian defender Allysha Chapman, forward Nichelle Prince and midfielder Sophie Schmidt will be in Houston for the first week of preseason before reporting to training camp with the Canada Women's National Team in Orlando for the SheBelieves Cup. Dash captain Rachel Daly will also return to Houston later this month as she returns from her loan to West Ham United in the FA Women's Super League.
