Houston Aeros visit Iowa Chops tonight

DES MOINES, Iowa - The Houston Aeros begin a home-and-home against the Iowa Chops in Wells Fargo Arena at 7:05 p.m. CDT tonight. The Aeros are currently tied for second place in the tight West Division but have a game in hand over Peoria who also have 82 points. The Chops trails Houston by five points and are just three out of a playoff spot. Tune in to 1070-AM KNTH as the teams square off and battle for playoff positioning with only seven games left in the Aeros schedule.

The Aeros return to Houston Thursday to face the Chops for the last time this season at 7:05 p.m. on Chilly's Pet Pals Night. Fans are invited to bring their dogs to the game to help support the Houston Humane Society (HHS), who will have a mobile pet adoption at the game. A certain portion of each ticket and "dog ticket" sold will be donated back to HHS. Bark Busters will be providing a free dog training demonstration from 5:30-6:30 p.m. outside the main entrance.
