Peoria, Ill. - The series finale between the Bowling Green Hot Rods (Class-A/Tampa Bay Rays) and Peoria Chiefs (St. Louis Cardinals) was rained out and cancelled on Sunday afternoon. With the Hot Rods and Chiefs not scheduled to meet for the remainder of the regular season, the game will not be made up at this time.

The Hot Rods now return to Bowling Green Ballpark to open up a six-game homestand on Monday night. Pepsi Buck Monday will kick-off the six-game home stretch, and first pitch is slated for 7:05 p.m. The Kane County Cougars (Chicago Cubs) will be the first opponent of the homestand, which lasts until Saturday night when Sundy Best will take the stage following Saturday's contest with the Clinton Lumberkings (Seattle Mariners).
