VANCOUVER, B.C. --- The Hillsboro Hops' scheduled game against the Vancouver Canadians on Wednesday night at Nat Bailey Stadium was rained out prior to its start. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday, July 24th. First pitch of game one is scheduled for 5:05 PM.
The scheduled pitching matchup for game one pits Hops righthander Scott Schultz (1-2, 4.55 ERA in six starts) against Vancouver righty Andrew Case (0-0, 2.42 in 12 relief appearances). The game two starters are expected to be lefty Kyle Anderson for Hillsboro (1-1, 2.45 in three relief appearances) vs. left-hander Jairo Labourt for the Canadians (2-2, 2.34 in eight starts).
