FRISCO, Texas - Destin Hood torched a home run and had three hits for the Frisco RoughRiders, the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, in a 7-3 loss to the Midland RockHounds Sunday at Dr Pepper Ballpark.
BIG MOMENTS
* Hood collected all three of Frisco's hits, including a no-doubt home run in the seventh inning.
* The RoughRiders grabbed a 2-1 lead in the second but Midland scored the next six runs to take command.
* Anthony Gose threw a perfect ninth out of the Riders bullpen.
