Hockey Ministries International is offering fans of the Moncton Wildcats a unique opportunity to support its work.

Hockey Ministries International's chapel program, now present in 22 North American leagues is offered to teams to provide a safe spiritual and emotional resource for players. The chapel program has been recognized by various leagues as being a positive addition to players' schedules.

The Wildcats were one of the first teams in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League to support the chapel program. Eight QMJHL teams are currently involved in the ministry. It is designed to help the players with their spiritual and emotional development along with their hockey skills.

Players meet on a weekly basis with team chaplain Bill Parks to share insights into how God can impact on their lives and the game they play.

Specially designed and autographed Wildcats warm up jerseys have been purchased. They will be auctioned at the games on February 21 against the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles and on February 22 when they host the Shawinigan Cataractes.
