FRISCO, Texas - Rangers 13th-rated prospect Jonathan Hernandez turned in his best start for the Frisco RoughRiders, the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, who routed the Tulsa Drillers 9-5 in Sunday's series opener at Dr Pepper Ballpark.
BIG MOMENTS
* Hernandez worked 6 2/3 innings, allowing two runs on three hits, while striking out six to earn his first win in Double-A.
* Already leading 4-0 after two innings, the Riders blew the game open with a five-run sixth inning.
* Rehabbing catcher Carlos Perez caught all nine innings and went 1-for-4 with an RBI double.

* Jonathan Hernandez: 6 2/3 IP, 3 H, 2 ER, 2 BB, 6 K
