Pearl, Miss - The Seattle Mariners made the following roster moves today that affects the Jackson Generals roster prior to today's doubleheader against the Mississippi Braves.

- RHP Trevor Miller has been placed on the 7-day disabled list

- RHP Moises Hernandez has been activated from the 7-day disabled list

MILLER, 22, has been placed on the 7-day disabled list. Miller picked up a no decision and allowed five runs on 10 hits over 7.0 innings of work. In 4 starts Miller is 1-1, with a 6.26 ERA for the Generals. Miller was 4-7 with a 4.82 ERA in 18 starts for A+ High Desert prior to joining the Generals. Miller was the Mariners' 40th round draft choice in 2011 out of San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, CA.

HERNANDEZ, 29, was placed on the disabled list on July 19th. Hernandez is 1-2 with a 6.09 ERA in 18 games and 1 start this season for the Generals. He has appeared in 206 games over his 9-year minor league career posting a 33-29 record and a 4.91 career ERA. Moises is the older brother of Mariners ace Felix Hernandez and was signed as a non-drafted free agent by Seattle in 2011.

Jackson's roster currently is at 25 players, with 4 on the disabled list.
