HUNTSVILLE, AL - The final three playoff spots will come down to the final weekend as second through fifth are separated by just two points. The Havoc are tied for second with Columbus after going 2-1 over the past weekend.

Friday, March 13 (vs Twin City) - The Huntsville Havoc trailed 3-2 heading into the third period but scored four goals on their was to a 6-4 win over the Twin City Cyclones Friday night. Ray Ortiz scored two goals, while Billy Tibbetts, Bill McCreary, Justin Rohr and Bill McCreary all scored one each. Kauffeldt's goal was his 35th of the season breaking the Havoc record of 34 held by Bill Monkman. Paul Falco and Karlis Zirnis recorded two assists each. Taylor Hustead, Daryl Moore, Ben Manny and Donald Melnyk scored for the Cyclones. Tim Haun made 25 saves in the win while Kevin Druce made 32 in the loss.

Saturday, March 14 (vs Columbus) - B.J. Radovich scored with 3:51 left in overtime giving the Huntsville Havoc a 3-2 win over the Columbus Cottonmouths Saturday night in front of 6,636 fans. Billy Tibbetts and Karlis Zirnis gave the Havoc a 2-0 lead at the end of the first period with two powerplay goals. Mat Ponto cut the lead to 2-1 with 14:06 left in the second period before Ryan Rutz tied the game at 2-2 with 12:05 left in the third. Tim Hain made 15 saves in the win while Ian Vigier made 35 in the loss. The Havoc outshot Columbus 38-17 and converted on 2-of-6 powerplays while Columbus scored on 1-of-6.

Sunday, March 15 (vs Knoxville) - The Knoxville Ice Bears scored two goals in the second and two empty-net goals in the third to rally from down 1-0 to grab a 4-1 win over the Huntsville Havoc Sunday. Keith Rowe scored the only goal for the Havoc just 1:16 into the game. Mike Carter, Kevin Harris, Shaun Norrie and Justin Keller all scored goals for the Ice Bears. Tim Haun made 16 saves in the win while Kirk Irving made 29 in the win.
