
Havoc fall in overtime

Huntsville Havoc News Release
HUNTSVILLE, AL - Tim Green scored with 2:15 left in the overtime period to lift the Columbus Cottonmouths to a 3-2 win over the Huntsville Havoc in front of 5,088 fans Saturday night.
Mike Degurse put the Havoc on the board first with a goal at the 11:47 mark of the first period.
Orrin Hergott put Columbus up 2-1 with goals at 14:10 mark of the second period and at 19:10 of the third period.
James Patterson tied the game with a powerplay goal with 14:46 left in the game.
Terry Friesen got the win stopping 49-of-51 shots. Matt Carmichael took the loss stopping 28-of-31. Huntsville was 1-of-9 on the powerplay while Columbus was 0-of-7.
