Yard Goats Opening Day 2B and leadoff hitter Garrett Hampson was called up to the Colorado Rockies and made his MLB debut, on Saturday @ Arizona becoming the first 2018 Yard Goats player (16th overall) to reach the Majors... Hampson batted .304 with 8 doubles, 4 home runs, 15 RBI, 19 stolen bases and scored 28 runs in 38 games with Yard Goats before getting promoted to Triple-A on May 17... He went 1-3 with an RBI double in his first at-bat...
