
Hamilton Assigns Maxime Lacroix to Cincinnati

HAMILTON, ON - Hamilton Bulldogs General Manager Julien BriseBois announced today that the club has assigned forward Maxime Lacroix to the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL from the Bulldogs.
Lacroix, 22, played in 27 games with the Bulldogs this season earning three points (one goal, two assists) and two penalty minutes. In 38 games with the Cyclones in 2009-2010, the 6-foot, 180-pound left winger has posted 28 points (17 goals, 11 assists). Last season, the native of Quebec City, Quebec recorded 64 points (33 goals, 31 assists) in 63 regular season games with the South Carolina Stingrays of the ECHL where he won the Kelly Cup Championship with the club. Lacroix was drafted by the Washington Capitals in the 5th round, 127th overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
The Bulldogs will begin the 2010 Calder Cup Playoffs on Thursday, April 15th with Game 1 at Copps Coliseum at 7:30 p.m. against the Manitoba Moose.
