
Halverson Inks Entry-Level Deal with Rangers

The NHL's New York Rangers announced this afternoon that they have agreed to terms with Hounds' netminder BRANDON HALVERSON on an entry-level contract.
The announcement was made by Rangers GM Jeff Gorton.
Halverson, 19, is coming off his second season with the Hounds.
In 50 regular season games played in 2014-15, the Traverse City Michigan product backstopped the club to 40 wins (40-5-0-2) to go along with a .913 SV% and 2.63 GAA.
He was originally selected by the Rangers with their first overall pick, 2nd Round in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.
