
Halifax Mooseheads To Cheer On Blood Donors

HALIFAX, January 20, 2009 - Halifax Mooseheads hockey club majority owner, Bobby Smith, along with a group of the team's players, will be on site tomorrow, January 21st, to cheer on blood donors at the Canadian Blood Services in Halifax during a special Blood Drive sponsored by the Mooseheads.
Canadian Blood Services has partnered with the Halifax Mooseheads for the event at which donors and guests will get to meet the players and Mr. Smith to talk hockey, get an autograph or to enter a draw for a signed hockey stick.
The Mooseheads Blood Drive will run between 11:00 and 15:00h. Mr. Smith and the players will be at the clinic between 14:00 and 15:00. The clinic will remain open after the event until 19:00h.
