(Boise, ID) -Defensive back Terrance Sanders and defensive end Alex Guerrero have been named first-team All-af2 as announced by the league office on Wednesday.

They are the first players in franchise history to receive first-team recognition.

In addition, linebacker Levi Madarieta was named to the second team.

"I'm very proud of all three of those guys," Burn head coach Brent Winter said. "Hopefully we can keep going in the playoffs and prove that a few more guys deserved recognition as well."

Sanders, a second-year player out of Eastern Illinois, was actually selected twice, being named first-team as a defensive back and special-teams player. He led the team in tackles (80.5) and pass breakups (16) while finishing second on the team with seven interceptions.
