Grizzlies win second from Freedom

Nathan Roush pitched the Grizzlies to their second sonsecutive win Thursday night. Roush tossed seven innings as the Grizzlies defeated the Freedom 3-1 on a wet night at the ballpark.
The Grizzlies improve to 4-4. Florence drops to 3-5.
Roush struck out five and improved to 1-0 with the win. Todd Pennington earned his third save in as many outings. He pitched the ninth, allowing a hit and striking out one. Anthony Rebyanski pitched a perfect eighth, striking out one.
Greg Isaacson and Bobby Gilliam had the only RBIs for the Grizzlies. Isaacson was 1-4 with a two-run double. Gilliam was 1-2 with an RBI and a run scored. Gilliam extended his hitting streak to six games this season.
