Grizzlies Home Wednesday; Then 10-Straight on Road

The Situation

The Grizzlies open four games in five nights Wednesday hosting Las Vegas and start a season-long ten-game road trip Friday in Las Vegas.

Back From AHL

Justin Dowling returned to the Utah lineup Friday and had one assist in Utah's 2-1 win. Dowling currently has four goals and 13 assists for 17 points in 19 games with the Grizzlies.

Vs Las Vegas

Paul McIlveen leads the Grizzlies with four goals and four assists for eight points in four games against Las Vegas.

Two-Straight

Utah has defeated Las Vegas in two-straight contests, winning 4-0 on November 21 and 4-3 December 19 at Maverik Center.

Las Vegas

Utah defeated Las Vegas 3-0 in the only other game played at the Orleans Arena this year. Mitch Wahl scored twice and Andrew Engelage stopped 32-straight shots on October 25.

After Midnight

Utah will play a midnight game in Las Vegas for the second-straight season. Last year, the Grizzlies beat the Wranglers 5-3 playing in the middle of the night on December 29/30.

That'll Be That

Four-straight games this week wrap up Utah's season-series with Las Vegas. If the playoffs started today, the two teams would currently matchup in a best-of-five playoff series.

Wednesday

Utah hosts Las Vegas Wednesday at 7 p.m. for a Wild $2 Wednesday with $2 Hot Dogs, Fries, Soft Drinks and Draft Beers. In addition, students who present ID, will receive $5 lower bowl tickets at the arena box office.
