GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League on Tuesday announced the hiring of Ryan Post as a ticket sales account executive.
After graduating from Grand Valley State University in 2005 with a degree in both sports studies and history, the Coopersville, Mich., native joined the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs of the Central Hockey League. As an account executive and assistant game operations coordinator for the Mudbugs, his duties included season and group ticket sales, game night operations, and the coordination of community and public relations events.
Seizing the opportunity to return to West Michigan, Post will focus on the sale of Griffins group tickets during the 2006-07 season.
