Grand Rapids Gold Announce Partnership with Canopy by Hilton Hotel

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Grand Rapids Gold, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Denver Nuggets, announced today their partnership with the Canopy by Hilton hotel in downtown Grand Rapids. All opposing team players and Denver Nuggets staff will stay at the hotel, a part of Studio Park, during their time in Grand Rapids.

This partnership will feature Canopy's logo on the court along with branding signage around Van Andel Arena. "We are thrilled to partner with the Grand Rapids Gold to showcase not just our hotel, but the great City of Grand Rapids to the visiting teams. It is truly exciting to have professional basketball back in downtown," said Kyle Holst, Lead Enthusiast (GM) at Canopy by Hilton.

Knoop, the hotel's four-season rooftop bar, offers beautiful views of the Gold's home court, Van Andel Arena. Knoop will allow fans to enjoy small plates and specialty cocktails prior to Gold games. The Canopy by Hilton Grand Rapids Downtown hotel opened in September of 2020 and features 155 rooms and four unique event spaces. These event spaces will be utilized by the Gold's visiting teams during their stay at the hotel.
